This is the most common and cost-effective option. Service is typically attempted and completed within 3-5 business days, making it ideal for non-urgent matters where there’s no strict deadlines.
For cases requiring quicker turnaround, this tie ensures the first attempt is made within 48 hours. It’s a good choice when you need service completed promptly but don’t require same-day action.
When time is critical, this option guarantees service attempts the same day your documents are received (provided they arrive before the daily cut-off time).
Designed for true emergencies, this level ensures service is attempted within 2-4 hours of receiving the documents. It is the high priority option and comes with a premium rate.

If Service cannot be completed on the first try, each additional attempt will be billed at this rate. This Ensures persistence in hard-to-reach or evasive cases.

Used when a subject has limited or outdate contact details. Basic skip tracing includes databases searches and standard methods to locate a current address or phone number.

Affidavits of service can be notarized for official use, ensuring authenticity and compliance with court requirements.

Your first 20 pages are included at no cost. Larger document sets are billed per-page after the free limit.

If more than one defendant needs to be served at the same address, a reduced-rate fee is applied per additional person.

This fee covers delivery, filing, and confirmation of documents with the appropriate courthouse.
Mileage is only added when the courthouse is located outside Franklin or Benton Counties. -

Mileage fees are calculated from my operating location in Pasco, WA.
There is no mileage charge for services performed within Franklin County or Benton County.
For any service, courthouse filing, or document drop-off outside these two counties, an Out-of-Area Mileage Fee of $0.75 per mile (round-trip) is applied based on the driving distance from Pasco to the destination.

This fee covers preparing, delivering, and confirming receipt of bench copies, working copies, or judge’s copies with Court Administration.
